1. Acceptance
By accessing or using SoulRemark, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced herein.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Use by minors requires consent from a legal guardian.
3. Accounts & Wallets
Wallet connections prove control of an address; keep your keys secure. You are responsible for activity from your wallet.
4. Content & Licensing
- You must own or have rights to mint any content you upload.
- You grant SoulRemark a limited license to host and display your content for service functionality.
- Illegal, infringing, hateful, or abusive content is prohibited.
5. NFTs & Ownership
NFT ownership confers rights encoded by the token and any license attached to the NFT metadata. Off-chain files are hosted for access and may be mirrored for redundancy.
6. Payments & Fees
On-chain transactions are final. Network fees (gas) are paid by the user. Platform fees, if any, are shown at checkout.
7. Refunds
All mints and transfers are irreversible. No refunds for completed on-chain actions.
8. Risks
Smart contracts, networks, and storage systems carry risk. You accept full responsibility for your use of the service.
9. Moderation
We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or the law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users, our platform, or third parties.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulRemark will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
13. Changes
We may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. We’ll update the “Effective date” on this page.
